How to find us

The Department of Plant Molecular Biology and Physiology is situated on the second floor of the Schwann-Schleiden-Research-Center, Julia-Lermontowa-Weg 3 on the North Campus of the University of Goettingen between the buildings of the GZMB (Goettingen Centrum for Molecular Biosciences) and the ENI (European Neurosciences Institute).

Travel by train

Take the train to Goettingen and leave the train station heading for the center of the city. Head to the bus terminal to your right (area D) and take the bus 23 (direction Faßberg; this bus leaves every 11, 26, 41 and 56 min after the full hour only between 7.56 and 17.56 o´-clock). Leave the bus at the stop "Kellnerweg" (appr. 14 min drive) and follow the street "Burckhardtweg" in the driving direction. After appr. 100m you will see on the right side the two-coloured 5-floor building of the Schwann-Schleiden-Research-Center. One entrance is found at the west side, another at the east entrance on the ground floor. Our department is located on the second floor.

Another possibility is bus 21 (direction Nikolausberg; 01 and 31 minutes after the full hour; only between 8:31 until 19:31)
