Further employees

Besides civil servants, regular employees, trainees and academic/student assistants there are several other persons who contribute to the University as part of a work service to a great extent.

The governing or representative professors/commissioners, the guest researchers and the honorary professors. The extra-ordinary professors as well as the visiting lecturers shall be named here.

The legal basic for these specific higher education work service contracts is the Lower Saxony Higher Education Act (‘Niedersächsisches Hochschulgesetz’ – NHG).
