Paul Vitter Thiessen
Paul has been studying law at the Georgia-Augusta since October 2018. Early on, he became interested in understanding international dependencies. During his time in the Department of International Economic Law and Environmental Law he gained insights into international economic law. He also visited numerous seminars (e.g. the 2019 ESIL Research Forum and the ALDE Summer Academy) and is a member of the GoJIL (Goettingen Journal of International Law).
Regarding the Moot, Paul hopes to expand his knowledge of international law, especially international arbitration. He is looking forward to solving problems as a team and to gathering practical experiences.
In his leisure time Paul is politically engaged, loves to run and trains Kung Fu.
