Seminar: Selected Issues in Business Administration in the Field of Corporate Management (Bachelor's degree)

Course Content:
Participants in this seminar will examine specific issues of corporate governance, write term papers and present the content they have developed.
The areas of work concern conventional and special areas of responsibility of corporate governance and the management of institutions in the economic and public system.

The research questions arise in connection with concrete examples, manifestations and models of facts, organizations, developments and processes.
The formulations of the topics and contents of the term papers describe business-related areas of research in organizations, management concepts, analysis, decision-making, data collection, evaluation, control and reporting.

Selected questions may, for example, be related to the choice of location of companies or institutions, investments, supply, production, distribution, maintenance of operational readiness, financing, business metrics, information systems, as well as human resource and management activities.
