Next Steps and Results of the Student Survey
What is the timeline?
The survey began on December 1, 2025 with an invitation letter to all students. The reminder service scheduled further invitations to the survey for December 11, 2025, December 22, 2025 and January 7, 2026. On January 1, 2026, the survey end date was extended to February 1, and a final reminder was sent on January 22, 2026.When will the results be available?
After the survey ends on January 11, 2026, the ZQ Mainz will begin evaluating the results and will transmit them to the University of Göttingen in spring 2026, where they will then be published.What happens with the survey results?
Survey results will be evaluated starting from a minimum sample size of 5 responses per questionnaire item. As stipulated in the QMO-SL, sections 2, 3, and 14, the results will be integrated into the university’s central quality management system, primarily provided to the academic deans and dean-equivalent offices, quality round tables, and university committees.Kontakt:
