Dr. Nelly Schubert works as project consultant for qualification in the Göttingen Graduate School of Social Sciences.
She is responsible for the organization and evaluation of GGG’s training offers for PhD students. This covers qualification courses, the yearly interdisciplinary week of methods as well as assisting preparation for a career in science management. Furthermore, she assists administrative tasks, university wide and external networking as well as public relations work.
During her doctoral studies, Nelly Schubert specifically acquired additional qualifications for science management. She worked as executive assistant of the management of the Diversity Research Institute at Goettingen University. Besides, she was a mentee in the WeWiMento program of Goettingen University, involved in small and bigger funding applications and engaged in academic self-government.
Her research focused on intersections of religion and ethnicity in local representative relations.
