Our work is more and more organized in projects. This is especially true in an international context. Project structures can be a very successful and sensible way to reach the envisaged results, if the potential and possibilities projects offer are well managed. Applying a mixture of theoretical and practical work the seminar offers basic information on methods of international project management and some background for project work in intercultural settings. Own projects can be brought along to work on.
