Dr. Irmy Schweiger

Studies advisor for the MA Intercultural German Studies Germany-China.

Dr. Irmy Schweiger is a Sinologist and specialist in German Studies, and has been Assistant Professor in the Department of German Studies since April 2004. She is the manager of the German-Chinese Institute for Intercultural German Studies and Culture Comparison, and as project manager of the European-Chinese project "Joint Venture Development of a Core Curriculum with Printed and Multi-media Teaching and Learning Materials for an Innovative European-Chinese MA Double Degree in Intercultural Studies", within the framework of Asia-Link, jointly responsible for the development of the German-Chinese MA Program Intercultural German Studies with Double Degree.
