Anna Tobutt (21 years old)

Anna is an ERASMUS student from England where she studies law and German at the University of Nottingham. She first learned about Moot competitions at the beginning of her undergraduate studies. After successfully passing the second year of studies she now feels ready to participate in such a competition. She came to apply for the Vis Moot team of Göttingen because of a former team member who told her about his experiences in the Moot during his ERASMUS year at Nottingham.

She starts the Moot with fresh impressions from the ELSA Summer School on Competition Law. Anna grew up bilingually with English and German and in her university she serves as a student’s representative. Additionally, she is committed as volunteer for national charity the "Personal Support Unit" where she assists litigants in person in filling out forms and documents and accompanying them to court.
