Calendar of the E-Examination Room

If you carry out e-exams, you are surely familiar with the challenge of finding examination dates that fit your personal schedule, your course, and the availability of the E-Exam Rooms. We have developed a solution to support you.

The E-Exam Room Planning Calendars show the current daily room availability. In the left column, you can choose between the two e-exam rooms.

Lecturers interested in using the room can use it to find a free slot and then contact the ELS team which will enter the agreed dates in the calendar immediately after the arrangement. Afterwards, the room users must submit a booking request via UniVZ, which is then approved by the ELS as a room-managing institution.

Please be sure to use this outlined procedure when booking one or both rooms. In this way, misunderstandings such as double bookings can be avoided, and you can plan your exam with confidence.
