Calendar of the E-Examination Room

If you carry out e-examinations, you certainly know the challenge of finding examination dates that are compatible with your personal schedule, your course and the occupancy of the e-examination room. Therefore, we have developed a calendar for the e-examination room (“E-Prüfungsplanung”).

The calendar is updated on a daily basis and displays the current status of the room occupancy.

Lecturers interested in using the room can use it to find a free slot and then contact the ELS team which will enter the agreed dates in the calendar immediately after the arrangement. Subsequently, the room users have to make a booking request via UniVZ which will be confirmed by the ELS as a room-managing institution.

Please use the outlined procedure to book the room. In this way, misunderstandings such as double occupancy can be ruled out in advance and we can provide planning security for your examination.
