To commemorate Gandhi's death anniversary on Saturday, the 30th of January, there's a discussion on Remembering Mahatma Gandhi in times of Hindutva in the context of Lalit Vachani's films on the RSS - The Boy in the Branch (1993) and The Men in the Tree (2002). Lalit Vachani is a documentary filmmaker based at CeMIS.bLalit will be in conversation with Sanjay Joshi (Moderator/Convenor; Cinema of Resistance ) and Bhanwar Meghwanshi (Author of I could not be Hindu - the story of a Dalit in the RSS) onSaturday, the 30th of January, at 6.00 pm (IST)/ 1.30 pm (CET)
