Objective:
During this course, you will find out what happens during an AC and what will be expected of you. You will also become familiar with typical tasks and tests and receive knowledgeable feedback on your behaviour. This will alleviate stress and significantly enhance your chances of success.

Content:
This event will focus on the following topics:


  • The assessment centre process and components
  • Reflection on the general goals of an AC selection procedure
  • Giving a convincing performance during presentation tasks
  • Correct positioning in the group discussion
  • Professional conduct in role plays
  • In-basket exercises and other tasks
  • Understanding tasks and completing written tests
  • Background goals of the structured interview

Theoretical input, Panel discussion and exchange of experiences, Exercises, role plays, brief presentations and familiarization with test procedures, (Video) feedback on exercises, Analysis of goals

Group size: Approx. 16 participants
