At the next Online Teaching Dialogue (OLD) on the topic “Between Resistance and Concern: Attitudes Toward the Use of AI in Higher Education”, taking place on Tue, 10 February 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., the focus will be on how students perceive the use of (generative) AI in their studies and how instructors can act to promote meaningful and goal-oriented use within their own courses.

In February and March, several exciting AI events will take place.

In addition to the online teaching dialogue on the topic of AI on 10 February 2026, the AI Workshop will be held one week later, on 17 February 2026. This workshop will provide a short introduction to the topic of AI and offer the opportunity to try out helpful tools. Over the next two weeks, you will also have the chance to register for “Fit for Teaching with AI Tools” – a semester-long course that starts on 5 March 2026.
