Seminar objectives:
What is your vision, which will accompany you during the course of your studies and serve you well in the successful completion of your PhD studies? How does one motivate oneself during years of research, experiments and writing? These questions will be addressed in an effort to build a firm foundation in the quest for personal success - now and during your professional career. The aim of this course is to help PhD students become competent in their abilities to motivate themselves as well as others using both a scientific as well as a practical approach within the context of their studies and their professions.
