Muriel Nißle (22 years old)
Muriel began studying law in winter 2014 in the Georg-August University of Göttingen. From January 2015 until September 2017 she worked as research student assistant at the chair from Professor Kai Ambos for foreign and international criminal law. Since October she switched to the chair of Professor Joachim Münch for civil law, commercial law as well as German and foreign civil procedural law.
After her Abitur (A-level equivalent) exams in school in 2013 in South-west Germany Muriel spent some time in England, travelled to Singapur and then stayed in New Zealand for half a year. Her time abroad gave her the chance to use and enhance her English skills. Muriel was a member of the Team of Göttingen in the Vis moot in 2016/17 and looks forward to the new challenges this year's Moot problem will provide. She is excited about the chance to help this years’ team by using the experiences she gained last year in her role as a coach this year.
