NEW: Electronic Sick Note

Due to the changeover to the electronic certificate of incapacity for work, we would like to point out that in accordance with § 18 para. 2 point 4 of the General Examination Regulations (APO), if you withdraw from or miss an examination, you must provide the medical statement to be submitted by having the paper printout given to you for your own records when you visit the doctor.

As before, this can be uploaded to the Lucom form. You do not need to make the bottom half, which shows the diagnosis, visible.
