Self-conception and tasks
The Conflict Prevention Working Group is a network of employees with consulting tasks in different areas of the university who deal with interpersonal problems, conflicts or differences in the context of their consulting work.
We exchange ideas against the background of a common self-image of counseling work. We learn together in order to contribute to better ways of solving problems.
