Welcome! We are here to help you with any questions or concerns you may have about your degree programmes. Our offices are located on the first floor of the Oeconomicum (Campus Map). Advice on exams etc. is provided by the Examination Office, and advice on studying or going abroad is provided by the Service Centre staff. The linked graphic shows the responsibilities and contact details of each institution. Please note the office hours of each institution, especially the different office hours during the lecture-free period, and any current changes to our office hours. The staff at the Examination Office can help you for example with questions about the examination regulations, recognition of courses, improving grades, graduation certificates as well as problems with exam registration. You can also submit requests ("Härtefälle", "Nachteilsausgleich", etc.) to the Examination Board ("Prüfungskommission"). Our student advisors can help you with questions about our bachelor's and master's programmes, your course of study, recognition of academic achievements (from the University of Göttingen or other German universities), placement in a higher semester and application to one of our master's programmes. Our study abroad advisors can help you with questions about studying abroad (semesters abroad, internships abroad, etc.) and the recognition of academic achievements from abroad. They can advise you on faculty and university exchange programmes and help exchange students to set up learning agreements.
