Installation Guide - Quick Start
- Download and save the file "Flexnow1V.zip" and unzip the file Flexnow1V.ica on the desktop.
- Double-click on the file to start the application.
- Note the IP address of the computer, your GWDG user ID and send this information accompanied by name and institute by e-mail to the following address: support@wiso.uni-goettingen.de.
Your computer will then be unlocked by the Flexnow team for use.
Determining the IP address
To determine the IP address,
- open a command line window (>Start>Run>command)
- enter "ipconfig" and confirm with [Return]
- note the displayed IP address and exit the command line window by typing "exit" + [Return]
Possible error messages
If you see the following window, "CitrixReceiver.exe" is not installed yet. To install this file, please click here.
The following error message will appear if your IP address is not unlocked.
