Summer School 2021: Virtual Exchange
As part of the BEST Exchange project, a DAAD-funded Summer School is held annually in Göttingen for student teachers from the BEST partner universities.
While the summer schools will usually be a blended format with virtual preparation and take place on Göttingen Campus, we have slightly different plans for 2021. Due to the current situation, we will welcome all participants of the summer school online in a virtual summer school in 2021. This year’s topic happens to be Virtual Exchange and therefore very suitable to the format.
The live session of the summer school will take place August 16th-20th 2021. There will be an asynchronous preparation starting in early August (7th-15th) where participating students will get to know each other and start familiarizing with the topic.
Asynchronous preparation week
For our asynchronous preparation week (7th-15th of August) we have several things prepared for you:

Get to know the other participants and the coordinators of the summer school in a short video conference
ZoomWrite on August 12th
Research your local curricula to find suitable topics for a virtual exchange and share your findings
PadletUpload by August 15th
Upload something of (cultural &) personal value to you for the cultural evening: photo(s), video, music,…
